The moment
Pull the dotted line and the foil splits. Five cards rise into the ride’s orange light: the common, the rare and — once in a while — something legendary.
Five rarities · plus the golden variant
Every attraction is a real stat card: manufacturer, height, speed, inversions and year. Rarity shows in the light — and a gem in the corner marks its tier.

These terms govern your use of Rip & Ride — a collectible card game about real roller coasters, available on the web and, in future, on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rip & Ride.
You need an account to play. You can register with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
You must give accurate information and keep your email current — we use it to verify your account and for essential service messages such as password resets.
One person, one account. You may not sell, share or transfer your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. Real-money purchases (see section 5) are restricted to users who are at least 18 years old.
We do not currently collect your date of birth, so these limits rely on your honest declaration. If we learn an account does not meet them, we may suspend or close it.
If the law where you live sets a different minimum age for using an online service or for consenting to data processing, that age applies to you.
Play honestly. You may not use bots, automation, exploits, multiple accounts, or any trick to gain packs, cards, virtual currency or trades you would not otherwise get.
Do not interfere with the service, probe its security, or abuse other players through trades, the market, showcases or any community feature.
Pack contents are random. Drop rates for each rarity are fixed by the game rules and are published; opening a pack does not guarantee any specific card.
Cards, packs and the in-game currency "✦" are a licence to use digital content inside Rip & Ride. You do not own them as property.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of real-world value, and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. There is no cash-out.
You earn ✦ through play and spend it inside the game (for example in the player market, which applies a transaction fee, or by destroying duplicate cards for ✦). We may adjust the economy, drop rates, fees and balances to keep the game fair and sustainable.
Real-money purchases are not enabled yet. When they are, you will be able to buy card packs with real money: on the web through our payment processor Stripe, and in the mobile apps through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Mobile purchases are governed additionally by Apple’s and Google’s own terms.
Prices and what each purchase grants will be shown before you confirm. Purchases grant digital content (packs/openings) that is delivered immediately.
Because digital content is delivered immediately, by completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are not affected. Refunds for mobile purchases are handled under Apple’s and Google’s refund policies.
You can trade cards with other players and list cards on the in-game market for ✦. Trades and market sales are between users; a transaction fee in ✦ may apply.
All trading happens inside Rip & Ride and only for virtual currency. Selling, buying or exchanging accounts, cards or ✦ for real money — on or off the platform — is prohibited and may lead to sanctions.
Rip & Ride is a game, not a gambling service and not an investment. Virtual items are not winnings and have no cash value.
If you submit content (for example card suggestions, showcase titles or other contributions), you keep your rights in it but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote the service.
Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, offensive or that you do not have the right to share. We may review, moderate, edit or remove submissions.
If you break these terms we may warn you, remove items obtained unfairly, limit features, or suspend or close your account. Serious or repeated breaches can mean permanent closure.
We will act proportionately and, where reasonable, tell you why. You can contact us to query a decision.
Rip & Ride is offered "as is". We may change, add or remove features, cards, events and rules, and we may suspend or end the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost virtual items or currency, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Spain (the operator’s place of domicile), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use Rip & Ride after changes take effect means you accept them.
